As a wholistic mental health therapist, I work from a compassionate and relational strength-based and trauma informed approach that is grounded in cultural humility, diversity and inclusivity. I understand mental health to be interconnected with physical, emotional and spiritual health which is why my practice is eclectic drawing from a variety of treatment approaches including talk therapy (narrative and parts work), somatic therapy (EMDR, movement and breathwork), and nature-based therapy (outdoors). I use therapeutic approaches that resonate with you and honour your ability to access your inner wisdom, healing capacity and agency in the therapeutic process.
